This part rang true to me, and made me feel less alone (although I havent had multiple mcs):

A recent study showed that the grief one experiences after losing a wanted child at ANY number of weeks was equivalent to the grief of losing a close friend or family member. Would you say to a grieving friend, “Well it’s probably good your grandmother died, she was super old and overpopulation is really becoming a problem!” or “Hey, at least you have your grandfather!”

--I'd like to read that study... Just thought I'd share.

good article ---- I can say that I know exactly how she feels after having 2 losses.

Today I should've been out of my first trimester OR one week before a baby was due.

Instead I am still spotting from the D&C and waiting to hear about blood test results.

What a wonderful article. Thank you so much for sharing. I feel that so many people do not understand how hard it is to loss a baby and then just move on.

Re: Article about multiple mcs from Jane mag.

the article was so moving to me that i actually posted my story as a comment..... didn't realize it would pull my real name from Yahoo... but you know what? So what if people know that i have had two losses? Writting my story for strangers to see / read was a form of peace for me. It made me feel really good afterwards.

I am actually thinking of editing my post and emailling it to my "friends" that haven't called me back so they don't know anything taht I have been dealing with in the past 7 months.
