p.i.n.k method diet

has anyone done it?

I saw it on dr. Phil yesterday.

I'm just curious about the meal plan...I would love to try it but i'm a picky eater.

Hi Ladies..I am a Nutritionist. I researched this and it seems it's just another "diet" out there. My main concern about it, is are you learning from this plan? I always say to my clients..anyone can lose weight but if in the end you have not been educated and can eat that way for the rest of your life, your chance of regaining the weight is great. I stay away from the word "diet" whenever I work with someone because if you go "on" a diet..than likely you will go "off" the diet. Being educated and supported by a real person are truly the best chances of long-term success.. Amy

From what I can find online it is your typical low calorie diet with web support. The sample menu seems a bit limiting. Personally I think if you are going to simply limit calories and increase exercise you can do that on your own- Use a free program like myfitnesspal.com or fitday.com to track your calories, macronutrients and exercise. The key to maintaining a healthy weight is maintaining a healthy life style- My theory is if it is too limiting you are setting yourself up for failure.

I happened to catch the first 5 minutes and turned off the infomercial.
