Big day yesterday!!!
my husand has been running races and his goal is to run next yers marathon. i just recently started running on the treadmill. i need to take it slow since i have asthma. he knows that i've been using the asthma as a crutch. he said why don't i run a race with him. he'll run the whole race with me. i had the race yesterday....it went great!!!! i ran the whole thing. the last 1/2 mile was hard. i was getting a side stitch. it was pain. dh said that i could do it. i'm almost there. as soon as we turned the bend to see the finish line, "santa" was giving out candy canes. you had to see how fast i ran for a cnady cane.lol i finished the race in 35:15. the best part, I RAN THE WHOLE THING, I DIDN'T TAKE A WALKING BREAK!!!!!
