kindle fire
What is the kindle fire good for? Thinking of buying for a gift but not sure it will get much use for reading. What else is it good for?
Where can I buy one? Is it only amazon?

I believe Best Buy sells them also.
You might get a better idea by checking the specs on Amazon, they probably give you a full list of all its capabilities

It is a tablet computer. It is for reading, Internet, watching movies and Tv, downloading apps, playing games, etc.
