Anyone here ever use weight watchers?
I am not a long islander any more...moved to Ohio 2 months ago, and I did have a baby. I got back to my pre pregnancy weight, which was still kinda high, and now the scale won't move. I walk, drink a ton of water, and I eat pretty healthy (yogurts, greens, veggies, whole wheat, multi grains, etc). I don't pig out, I barely ate any christmas desserts or high fat foods, and I cannot seem to lose the weight, not even a few ounces!
I just got cleared to go to a gym by my doctor, and I am waiting for a new pair of running shoes I had ordered to come in, so I plan to up my routine from walking, because I know that doesn't do much.
I have been told WW is awesome. But I want more opinions on anyone's experience. I need some motivation.

i lost over 50 lbs. i've kept it off almost a year. my dh has lost over 200 lbs. he has a website if you want to be motivated, www.500lbs2marathon.com

I have used it a few times over the last 15 years. ALways works great for me. Just joined again to lose long time baby weight...and I lost 12 lbs in just about 6 weeks. I took a break...starting up again after New Years day. I have lost about 14 lbs so far (again taking a few week breaks) and I am very happy on the program as always. Its very doable!!!

I've been on it for about 2 years and in that time lost 85 pounds. So I highly recommend it.

I love WW. I have been on it since last spring and I do meetings. Being new in a place you may find that useful- I still don't know many people where I live but meetings are almost social for me.  The women in my meeting are great. Our leader made a private FB group and it's just nice to have local people to chat with, etc.

I love WW. I lost a lot of weight on it and I usually found that even when I went off, I didn't gain any weight bc it changed the way I eat in general, but with 2 honeymoon trips this year and all the stress, I did gain, so I'm getting back on it. It definitely works and what I like about it is that it's sensible, not crazy, and you can still eat your favorite foods
