Melissa Monteforte, Certified Health and Nutrition Coach will help you get your body back in shape while bonding with your baby and meeting other moms. This class is a mix of aerobics, balance, strength and stretching. We’ll teach you simple, safe and calming exercises for you and your baby. For moms of little ones we encourage you to wear your baby (in your front carrier) for added resistance.
