From what I read its a heavy bleed, cramps around the time of your period. Most woman dont know they had/having one unless they got a BFP before their period was due then get it...test again and its negative.
Sorry if your going through this.

I guess that's what it is. I was 12dpo on Thursday got a BFP then started bleeding early afternoon. Called my dr immediately got in they did blood work and the results were preg but low hcg and low progesterone. I went today for another blood test and one more tuesday. My dr called yesterday and told me the results and that I was unfortunately miscarrying. I also had an internal soon Thursday afternoon and nothing was on it. My dr said as long as the levels are getting lower theres no need for another sono???

So sorry for your loss. I had a chemical on Thanksgiving. Cramps were 10 times more painful then period cramps, and i passed a bloodclot/tissue

usually in a chemical that ends right around af time..ie 12 dpo etc...you wont notice heavier bleeding as much.
technically a chemical is a preg that ends before a hb is detected. so some people say chemicals even at 6 weeks.
in your case when your beta hcg gets to zero your af should come. maybe a bit crampier maybe not.
no need for another sono unless the beta is zero and still not getting af.
