which nassau county gym do you belong to?
I feel like I have looked at so many and can't find the right one for me right now. Just curious if I missed one. I'm open to North and South Shore Nassau. Please tell me what gym you go to and why you like it. TIA!

Massapequa: i try to do 5 zumba classes a week plus 2 other classes (mega mix/mega 8/HIIT) their facility is one of the largest out of the 3 that i have been to, very clean and there are tons of machines.
Plainview: i go once a week (on Saturdays) for Zumba, its very small and the machines are all on the lower level.
RVC: i go once a week (Friday Mornings) for Zumba, another small gym, but slightly larger than plainview... babysitting and weight machines are on the lower level.. the main level is treadmill/elliptical/bikes class room
their prices are really reasonable and i love going to an all female gym... its a more relaxed feeling.

Synergy in Merrick
Great classes - mornings and evenings: spin, zumba, yoga, body sculpt
Open 24hrs except weekends
Male-Female, but not intimidated to used machines while I'm there.

The parking is decent. The staff is wonderful. Very knowledgable and friendly It never gets really crowded. You can always find a machine. Very clean. (The cleaning guy is awesome. He's so sweet and always working!) They have classes as well. You can also access the classes at their other locations (Massapequa and Farmingdale) b/c the owners are the same.

The main reason I like it is its walking distance from my house! If I had to drive there it would be less appealing! The parking is atrocious!! But the classes are great and the trainers there are very helpful and knowledgeable!!!

Family friendly, lots of machines, weights and classes and pools as well...for us, having reliable and nice infant care was important to lower the guilt of taking time for me...
