This forum has been amazing for me when it comes to information and support. However, I noticed that there aren't really any PCOS support groups that meet in person.

I've started a Nassau County PCOS support group through Meetup.com

The goal of the group is to sure information and resources with each other as well as to support one another as we navigate through life with PCOS. In the future, I hope to have guest speakers attend meetings to discuss important issues related to PCOS. I also hope to setup recipe exchanges and workout opportunities.
