A variety is good as we have our goddaughters first bday that day then everyone is staying for Superbowl.

So far I have:

Re: Dips for Superbowl

Chili dip?

Spread a bar of cream cheese on the bottom of an 8x8 glass baking pan. Cover with a can of chili and then sprinkle shredded mexican cheese over it. Bake at 350 for around 20 minutes.

Also, maybe crab dip or clam dip?

Baked Potato Dip

8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
8 ounces Sour Cream
1 jar (3 Oz. Jar) Real Bacon Bits
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 bunch Chives Chopped (optional)

Mix the cream cheese and sour cream until combined well. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and then put it all into an oven safe dish. Bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes or until warm and bubbly.

We used ridgie potato chips to dip. Enjoy!

This is the Reuben dip recipe i use:

Ingredients

* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
* 16 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed dry
* 8 ounces shredded corned beef
* 16 ounces shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and dressing.
3. Spread sauerkraut into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and the mayonnaise-dressing mixture on top of the sauerkraut.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes

I cut rye bread in to quarters and toast them to serve on the side. Always a hit!
