Low carb ladies help!

I'm looking to cut down on carbs. It's pretty much all I eat . I feel very sluggish and my tummy is a little rounder then usual.

Please tell me, what do you eat for snacks? Breakfast and lunch? Pretzels, bagels, and waffles are my fave but I need to stop.

I try not to think of "snacks" because it makes me think of junk.

My "snack" meals lately have been 3/4 scoop protein powder, 1/2 cup almond milk and a half a cup Kashi puffs. Comes out to be 18 Protein, 9 carbs, 1.5 fat and is very filling!

For breakfast I would have egg whites with veggies and a little cheese. I also like cottage cheese for breakfast it is high in protein and low in carbs. For snacks I would have nuts or an apple with peanut butter (not necessarily low carb but a good snack). I try to have six small meal a day with carbs and protein at each meal. For lunch I would have a lean protein (grilled chicken, fish, beef), veggies and a whole grain. Try to avoid processed foods and sodium.

I eat fruit (one serving and only in the morning), almonds, cottage cheese, plain Greek yogurt, carrot sticks, string cheese, a few pieces of Perdue short cuts

I've been on a cottage cheese kick - toss a few berries and nuts in there and its delicious and satisfying.

hard boiled eggs are great too.
