Stress Fractures
Has anyone else had multiple?
I think I have my 2nd fracture in as many years. I guess my body can't handle high mileage.

Re: Stress Fractures
I haven't had multiple (knocking on wood) but I did have one a while back and it was pretty bad. I am so sirry your going through this, i know how frustrating it cane be when your body isnt cooperating.
I was on crutches and then the boot eventually with steroid shots. It completely stunk. After I completed the half marathon I was training for, I cut back on my mileage and my doctor also told me to make sure my sneakers were the right fit for my foot, replacing them every 6 months or roughly 400 miles, whichever came first.. I have an extremely high arch so I only buy sneakers to support my arch and I also spent a small fortune on custom made orthotics. I also try to give my feet a little rest once or twice a week and do the bike or elliptical with weights. I am not an expert but this has seemed to help me.
Good luck with it
