If denied OT therapy
For sensory issues, what did you do?
Examples putting child in a different school ( longer hours) paying for OT out of pocket ? Etc
Are there schools for nursery kids with sensory issues?

We were denied through CPSE & went through insurance.
His feeding person is also an OT so he gets 2 in one & they have a big sensory gym there. Not sure where you are located.
We had to get a script through the pediatrician (and he only signed it b/c we took him to a dev. ped & she suggested it. He said he's doing fine; gaining weight & not failing to thrive....seriously? He hasn't eaten a bite of anything in 9 months) :(

My son has fine motor delays, so he qualified for OT on the basis of that, and his OT does work on sensory issues with him also.

ITA with us as well. I did pay OOP for her to get services over last summer.
There are some OTs on here - you could try a sensory gym and pay OOP if you don't get services through CPSE but there are somethings you might be able to do at home that an OT on here might be able to offer some suggestions.
