What dinners can I make with it besides:

-quiche
-pasta carbonara

BLT sandwiches.. heavy on the tomato, light on the mayo. On a thick toasted bread. My favorite.

"American" sauce (that's what my mom called it. Crisp up bacon and set aside. Sautee onion, garlic and bell peppers with thinly sliced carrots in the pot where you made your bacon. Add in Can of whole tomatoes and a small can of tomato puree or sauce. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. Stir bacon back in and serve over egg noodles or pasta or rice if you want.

Breakfast.. bacon and pancakes, bacon & eggs, bacon & waffles, bacon and french toast, bacon and crepes (you get the idea!).

I made a meatloaf "cupcake" with a bacon "wrapper".

Lined the cupcake sheet with the bacon, filled w/ meatloaf mix. When it was done, I put mashed potatoe "icing" on top.

wrap chicken, shrimp or scallops in it
cut into lardons, render then use the oil to cook veggies and onions (great with brussel sprouts, i am actually doing this tonight)

I like making some kind of soup served with a big spinach salad with lots of bacon, walnuts, red onion, craisins.

Yum!

I do this a lot it the fall when the weather starts to change from hot to cold.
