I made Skinny Taste's Jalapeno Popper Chicken last night
it was very very good!
I added a decent amount of jalapeno slices and it wasn't too hot (and I like spicy). Anyone bored, definitely try this one

not hard at all! The mixture that you spread inside the chicken took like 5 mins....it's just cream cheese, shredded cheddar jack, jalapeno slices and bacon(which I used the microwavable kind b/c you only need 2 slices)...and then you roll the chicken up and stick a toothpick in it...I didn't have toothpicks so I cut wooden BBQ skewers.
