Thanks!! I thought i saw a difference in my legs a bit but i am getting discouraged I really have worked hard at exercising, its just in the last few weeks that i've changed up my routine and started watching what i eat a bit more.
A LITTLE frustrated that numbers aren't quite moving on the scale. I have 15 to lose to be at a comfortable weight, and its really not happening. But i'll continue to do what i'm doing and hope for the best!

I see a huge difference
I have the same issue as you- once I work out- I build muscle- the scale doesn't move
but I use a pair of jeans I have- they went from not buttoning - to buttoning
keep it up!

There is DEFINITELY a noticeable difference in the thighs and waist. And the tummy has gotten much flatter!!
And done in 3 weeks!!
WAY TO GO!!!
