feeling a little nervous
i had about 2 weeks of enjoying being pregnant now i'm back to being a worry wart
yesterday was the last day of using progesterone supps at 10w...and i know everyone has a different situation but reading that so many ladies take it until 12w is making me nervous...but i had exactly enough to last until yesterday so i couldnt keep taking even if i wanted to.
I have had very little symptoms the whole time so far...which i am happy for but since i have such a long wait before my NT scan i'm getting anxious wondering how the twins are doing in there. My OB said not everyone has symptoms but i wish i had something!
today i decided to speak with a nutritionist about the best things i should be eating, exercise etc. Well after she emailed me the list i feel like i havent been eating as well as i should!
...just needed to complain..DH would think i'm crazy if i told him all of this LOL

Re: feeling a little nervous
I was the same way.. i had no symptoms either though so don't worry its not necessarily a bad thing! I stopped my crinone at 11 weeks only because I had extra but I know at 10 weeks I was given the go-ahead to stop. Hopefully the time to your NT scan will go fast!

Re: feeling a little nervous
I had stopped the Crinone at 10 weeks also and was a nervous wreck...I just had my nt scan last week at 13 weeks and baby was doing great and measuring perfectly...I know it's hard but try and relax the doctors know what they are doing

I freak out once a day at least. The journey we had to get here was a very tough one. How can we not be paranoid!

Re: feeling a little nervous
I am so nervous waiting for the NT scan!! I have symptoms (so many) but that doesn't even comfort me. I just want to see the baby again and I'll feel better.

Re: feeling a little nervous
It is so hard not to worry. I will be 12 weeks on sat and saw the baby a week ago and have to wait another week to see it again.
What did the nutritionist tell you should eat?

nutritionist said daily i should have: 3 servings low fat or fat free dairy foods (which i dont do - i usually only have one yogurt a day) 2-3 servings of veggies - pretty good with this, some days its more like 2. 2 servings of fruit - i do this 3 servings of whole grains - i think i go over board with this...i def have way too many servings of carbs. i eat lots of pasta, bagels, etc 2-3 servings of lean meat, fish or poultry -only some days i do this. I can go all day without having any meat. by dinner my portion sizes can be 2 servings of meat.

Re: feeling a little nervous
Honesty I think what u are feeling is totally natural. I feel the same way and although I do have symptoms (tired and queasy) if I have a morning feeling great I make myself nuts obsessing over why I'm feeling good lol. I would say if you havnt really had much this far you are just one of the lucky ones. Your babies are developing beautifully so you can't relate lack of symptoms to anything. As far as what you have been eating I wouldn't worry at all. I know women who could hardly eat anything the first trimester and had healthy perfect babies. The babies could live off of stored fat right now. Just keep up on taking vitamins and staying hydrated I'm always saying lots of prayers for all if us so try to stay positive

Re: feeling a little nervous
I didn't have any symptoms other than cramping once in awhile. Once I got the NT results I felt a lot better.
