is there a app
I want to start running/joggoing is there some sorta app that will help me out. Like how long to run and then to walk or something to build me up to longer runs???

I think c25k (couch to 5k) is like that. I think there are apps for it, but I am not 100% sure.

There are free apps for C25K. I have one from Zen labs that I like. It also allows you to play your own music while you run.
