Surfers Healing (Camp for Autism)

Hey everyone, just wanted to share an amazing charity that gives 100% back to children with Autism. It is called Surfers Healing and I learned about them last year while watching a surfing documentary about an autistic (Asperger's) pro surfer named Clay Marzo. Anyway, during the doc it said that he participates with other pro surfers in a day camp tour that travels across the US and each month they host a FREE day of surf camp for autistic children:) It suppose to be an AMAZING day and opportunity for our children... Camps fill up soooo fast (as its free and only 1 day) and we missed our chance last year. Good news is that we secured our daughter (age 5) a spot this year at Lido Beach 9/12!!!! They have another one 9/14 in Montauk. All camps (California, Puerto Rico..etc. have filled in 7 hours within posting but I signed up 5/10 for Lido and there are still openings! I cant believe it!!! There is also Surfer's Way, and iMatter. We always do iMatter, and it's great! I think it's full this year though.
