I'm starting to think about the possibility of doing my first 5k - but my first nephew is due to be born October 6th in Toronto so I can't do this one  If anyone knows of others please do share info!

I may consider this one over the diva. It is soooo much cheaper, and really I didn't see what the big deal was with diva other than everything being pink. Putting on the boa at the end took time from the race which annoyed me.....

Not that far 4-5 but last time I trained I was able to up my miles pretty quick. I never made it due to a pregnancy but I am hoping nothing will stand in my way this time. I just need to put in the effort.

I'm registered! I'm excited to have a race to replace the full.
Does anyone have anything planned for the winter? I know there is a 15K in December in Central Park. I volunteered for it for my 9+1 (it was COLD! Mean had icicles in their beards!), but I think maybe I will run it this year, December usually isn't too cold.

You totally got this!!! Just keep up the trianing and listen to your body. Your adrenaline will take over the day of the race and you will finish without a problem.
I may do the 5K with my nieces because I am running a full marathon the next weekend.
