Talk to me about microwave popcorn

I always find this confusing. It says in 2 tbsp unpopped theres all this fat, but once popped, it's way less?

Is it really true that a whole entire bag is only 3 points?

if so, why am i not eating this every day?

It's only the 110 calorie bags ... And I basically have a bag almost every night ... It's my after dinner snack i always have 5-6 points left over every day after breakfast dinner and lunch so it's a good way to use up my points ... It's also considered a power food

I put in the info from a plain 'ol humongus bag of ACT 2 butter popcorn (not even light) and it still said 3 points

it probably per serving must normal size bags are at least 2 servings or more... i accidentaly bought the Jolly time regualr size popcorn and on the box it said 3 points. I was really confused when i opened it and it was a regular size bag then i realized it said per serving and one bag was 2.5 servings so it would have been almost 8 points for the whole bag

Someone posted this on my FB and I had one of those 'smack my self in the forehead-duh why didnt i think of that' moments.

1/4 cup of plain popcorn into a large brown paper snack bag. Fold top down a couple of times to make a tight seal and then into microwave for 2 minutes or until popping is 1-2 seconds apart. Then season as you wish....

I tossed mrs dash fiesta lime and OMG so good!!!

Sounds yummy! I am going to have to try this!! How many points do you account for one bag?

I don't do WW so you would have to see what the label is on the brand you buy....
