Filling WW Breakfast Ideas
What is everyone eating for breakfast...lately i am STARVING about one or two hours after breakfast...i don't think i'm eating a breakfast that is filling enough. What is everyone else eating to fill them up?
eta: I'm doing the old ww program on my own, because that's the only thing what really works for me.

Re: Filling WW Breakfast Ideas
I eat 1/2 cup Raisin Branch crunch, 1/4 cup Grape Nuts, 1/4 FF milk with 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries and a small/medium banana.
I also make & freeze "Breakfast Cupcakes" - crumble one frozen hash brown patty into cupcake tray (6 cupcakes), add egg beaters, split two slices of regular american cheese and add spinach or broccoli or whatever veggies. I'll eat two per serving along with a banana or other fruit.
Or Eggo Nutrigrain Blueberry or Chocolate Chip waffles (and fruit).
Those are pretty much my breakfast every day.

Re: Filling WW Breakfast Ideas
I pretty much eat the same thing every day - oatmeal (old fashioned), with almond milk, blueberries and a banana. On the weekends I cook the oats, during the week I just let it soak in the milk overnight. Keeps me full for hours.

Egg whites with veggies
On the old points system I used to have shredded wheat with skim milk.

I do something similar but I use whole oat groats and cook them in water, diced apple, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. I also add ground flaxseed for the omega-3 benefits as well as how it tends to "clean your pipes", LOL. I make it on Sunday and put 1 cup servings in tupperware to bring to work. I often mix in fresh blueberries after I heat it up. Very filling and only 3 or 4 pts.

WW chocolate smoothie with 1 cup FF milk and a banana and ice = 4 pp and very filling
Egg white omlet with veggies and a little shredded cheese, you can get creative with this = 2-3 pp
When Im in a rush a fiber one 90 cal bar (2pp) and a banana
This... For teh smoothie I add 1tbsp of PB2. ITs heavenly for a PB junkie like me and the whole drink (which somtiems I feel is too big) is about 5pts
I do 3 egg whites with FF cheese (just a little I am not big on cheese) sea salt and some quickly sauted broccoli for about 3pts
Or 1 egg is 1pt so I will do 1 full egg + 2 egg whites with the above for about 4 pts.
A woman at 1 of the meetings I went to uses the WW oatmeal to make pancakes, just add some water and egg whites and cook like pancakes, the premeasured pkg makes about 4 and its 4pts I believe
I will also keep handy a few smart ones that are about 5pts for when I am in a rush and can't deal with preparing something.
If I am hungry a few hours after breakfast I just snack on some grapes or a banana. Eating every 3-4 hours isnt a bad thing.
