Do you space your Progesterone Suppositories
exactly? Like if its 3x a day do you do it exactly 8 hours apart? I am 2 hours late with my dose today and kinda freaking outttttttt.....

no, i take one a night and i usually take it right before i go to bed. but my bed time varies from day to day. i was never told to take it specifically at a certain time

i took one in the morning before i started getting ready for the day then the 2nd one when i got home around 6-6:30pm and the 3rd right before bed around 10pm

I would, only because it would make it easier to keep track of it. But beeing off by a few hours is not going to hurt.
