They were covered but I had them every 3 weeks for 20 weeks. I have hard veins so it was usually a few sticks to get it and it was torture. She got it on the first try this time. I think the other nurses just stunk at it. One couldn't get it in 4 sticks and I had to skip a week which is why my last is at 21 weeks.
