Menu thread 7-14
Sun.- grilled salmon with tzatziki sauce, roasted broccoli (also make pot of sauce for the week & freezer)
Mon.- stuffed cabbage soup for me , meatloaf and mashed potatoes for dh & kids
Tues.- Dijon maple chicken, sweet & spicy sweet potatoes,
roasted garlic Brussels sprouts
Wed.-black bean soup for me, stuffed shells for dh & kids
Thurs.- chef salads and leftover soup
Fri.- take out

Monday – ST Chicken and broccoli noodle casserole and salad
Tuesday – St arroz con pollo and salad
Wednesday – Turkey burgers, red potatoes, zucchini on the grill or zucchini fritters
Thursday – chicken fajitas with st latin rice
Friday – WW bubble up pizza and salad
Saturday – Block Party

Sunday - paninis with pesto, fresh mozz, tomato and proscuitto, arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette
Monday - oven fried chicken strips, baked onion rings & zucchini sticks
Tuesday - penne with broccoli rabe & garlic
Wednesday - turkey tacos w/fixings
Thursday - leftovers
Friday - caramelized onion burgers, ST grilled potato chips, corn on the cob

Saturday- Home Made Pizza and Pesto Bread

Sat: OOT with friends...we BBQ Steak, Chicken, Marinated Zucchini, with Corn Casserole, sliced cucumbers and corn & black bean salsa
Sun: Family GTG Meat & Cheese Boureg (like the Greek Pies) and Simi Koufta (Bulgar wheat with ground beef) with homemade yogurt and tossed salad
Mon: Chicken & cheese and Chorizo & butternut squash empanadas with leftover salad
Tues: Grilled Tomato & Basil and Fennel Spiral Sausage over Smart taste Angel hair and Rojerono's Summer Sauce
Wed: going out with friends for 10 cent wings
Thurs: ST healthy-baked-chicken-cutlets, brown rice pilaf with peas and mushrooms, and tossed salad (never made this last week)
Fri: Pizza for the boys...I have a girls night out

Sunday: Spedini (Thin Steak, dipped in bread crumbs, skewered and baked), homemade mac and cheese, stringbean salad
Monday: left over mac and cheese and fish sticks for kids, lean cuisine for me
Tuesday: ?
Wednesday: Homemade Calzones and Salad
Thursday: Grilled Flank Steak, Sweet Potato Fries, Roasted Broccoli
Friday: hosting tasting simple party so probably pizza for DH and the kids

Mon - grabbed a quick slice of pizza
Tue - Pasta with spinach, edamame, pesto and lemon
Wed - leftovers
Thu - zucchini, rice, black bean, tomato skillet
Fri - leftovers
Sat - not sure yet!
