Tonight- out
Sunday- beach bbq: burger/dogs, cold pasta with broccoli, locatelli oil and garlic, bean salad, fruit salad
Mon.- baked fried chicken, baked sweet potato fries coleslaw
Tues.- pork souvlaki, grilled veggies, greek salad, toasted pita & tzatziki sauce
Wed.- sole or flounder oreganata, spinach, rice
Thurs.- shredded pork tacos, ST delisioso black beans and rice
Fri- take out

Sat: We were out at a softball tourney all day and had burgers, dogs, and cole slaw
Sun: BBQ Rib Eyes, Baked Potato wedges, Corn on the cob and salad
Mon: Sausage & Peppers over Smart taste penne & Salad
Tues: I have a late office night: Chicken nuggets, Mac & cheese , and cucumbers for the kids and Spinach pie and greek salad for us
Wed: ST Asian Chicken thighs and Fried Brown Rice with a ton of veggies
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: Pizza/leftovers

We have a ton of leftover food from NoNo's party yesterday.. so it's not a fun week.
Sunday: MIL's
Monday: Leftover BBQ chicken, Leftover Tortellini Salad, Sliced cucumbers
Tuesday: Hamburgers, Potato Salad, Green beans
Wednesday; Hot dogs, Baked Beans
Thursday: Marinated Hanger Steak, Corn on the Cob, Green Salad, Sliced tomato
Friday: Beer in the Butt Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Salad
Saturday.. I think we have some party or something.

Sat - Grilled apricot and balsamic chicken thighs, brown rice & grilled zucchini
Sun - Grilled skirt steak with coleslaw and pasta salad
Mon - Grilled honey-lemon-rosemary chicken drumsticks with mixed greens salad and couscous
Tues - Spicy sausage pasta
Wed - Buttermilk grilled chicken breasts with cheesy mashed potatoes and marinated roma tomatoes
Thurs - Mediterranean salmon salad with crusty buttered baguette
Fri - Grilled pizza with salad

Sun: marinated pork chops, guacamole, rice
Mon: egglplan and zucchini parm, linguine, tossed salad
Tues: beef stew with laccinato kale over egg noddles, cucumber and tomato salad
Wed: stuffed peppers and baby eggplant, caprese salad
Thurs: I am going out, abuela cooking for her boys
Fri: family date night!

A little late in this, but whatevs.
Saturday - traditional Iftar with DH's family (breaking of the evening fast for Ramadan)...fruit, piagu (onion & lentil fritters), curried eggplant, rice, dahl, aloo bhaji.
Sunday - baked homemade fries toppped with veggie chili, big salad
Monday - pasta with pesto, veggie 'meat'balls, sauteed green beans, wax beans and carrots
Tuesday - rice, zucchini, black bean, tomato skillet, big salad
Wednesday - not sure yet!
Thursday - rehearsal dinner for friend's wedding
Friday - grilling
Saturday - friend's wedding!

Do you make or buy your veggie meatballs?
Buy - I only like the Trader Joe's Meatless Meatballs. They're in the frozen section. IMO they're best when put in the toaster oven for 10 minutes, then added to sauce...makes them nice and crispy on the outside :) If you put them straight into a pot of sauce without using the toaster oven, they get kind of mushy.
They're pretty salty, that's the only downfall.
I wish I could make my own but I don't know what would hold them together well enough...any ideas? Maybe some egg?
