motivation for the gym
please motivate me!
its not that i dont want to work out...if i had the equipment at home id be on it. in fact i do a lot of stuff here that i can.
but i need the gym for some things.
i think its because im at a new gym and i feel a little uncomfortable. how stupid, i know

I recently joined a new gym too. Don't know anybody and def felt uncomfortable at first. I just kept pushing myself to go. made it part of my day. Now it's almost routine and I'm loving my classes! Good luck!

can you go early in the morning? like 4-5 when very few people are there? You might feel more comfortable.
When I used to go that early, I would sleep n my gym clothes - even my sports bra. There was no excuse if I was dressed already.
