silly question but...
i bought jillian michaels 30 day shred video and did the first 20 minute work out yesterday. i think i got through about 15 or so mins of it. i had to stop a few times. today i am SORE!! i hurt everywhere which is great, at least i know i did something. my silly question is...do i do it again today or am i supposed to wait and give the soreness a break?

Good for you! Soreness is definitely normal if you are doing something new. If the video has you doing something everyday, it might make sense to try it, but don't do anything that hurts.
Or, is there something else you can do instead of the Shred today? You want to keep on the track of working out and doing an alternative workout may be the way to go--maybe walking briskly?
Where is the soreness? Make sure to be stretching a lot--this will help with soreness as well.

just work through the soreness it will feel better. thats what works for me.
