Pumpkin Ravioli
I'd like to make homemade pumpkin raviolis for my DS christening. Is this hard? Any tried and true recipes?

Pumpkin Ravioli
I make my own ravioli here and there. I've never made pumpkin, but I plan to when the weather gets cooler. Have you ever made homemade pasta at all? If you haven't, I would suggest you do that before doing ravioli. It isn't hard, but it's time consuming and takes some practice.
ETA: you can also use wonton wrappers to make it less time consuming and easier.

I haven't made pumpkin ravioli yet but here's some recipes from Pinterest. I would definitely use a sage brown butter sauce to go with it though HTH!
