Looking for school shoes for DD
DD wears a uniform and needs black shoes. I don't want a slip on shoe, since she needs to wear it all year. Because she will wear it all year, I need it to be sturdy, rubber soled and leather!
I found these Klix shoes on both Cookieskids and Amazon, and they don't have them in a size 12.
So, anyone seen leather mary jane t-strap shoes in stores anywhere? Or even online similar to these?

Maybe try Stride Rite. They carry a lot of Mary jane style shoes I believe.

Perfect! Thanks ladies! I did check the Stride Rite near me the other day and didn't see anything I liked. I don't want to sound dumb, but I didn't know Payless carried leather shoes (I've never been)! I will have to check them out!

Just putting it out there that my school wont even allow the sketcher mary jane sneakers in the gym.

My daughter has worn the Stride Rite "Carla" Mary Jane shoe for the past 3 years in a row. They hold up beautifully!

The Payless ones are not leather. They are more like plastic.

They must wear sneakers for gym. This is for days when she does not have gym and wears her plaid uniform jumper. Since they are at a Catholic school, they also have specific types of sneakers to wear. As in your other post, most are forbidden at their school anyway!
