Baking cupcakes
I need to give them to someone on friday. IS it ok to make t he cupcakes wednesday and decorate thur? Also how should I store the cupcakes before decorating? rubbermaid and leave out?

I think it would be ok. Be sure to store them in an air tight container.

Definitely store them in an airtight container and they should be fine. If they do feel dry, you can use a pastry brush and brush some simple syrup on top to make them stay moist. Simple syrup is basically just sugar boiled in water until it dissolves. It's used in a lot of cocktails as well. For cakes, I'd do 3 parts water to 1 part sugar, for cocktails is equal parts water to sugar and boil for about 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
