Recommend your vitamins you take daily. Looking to increase antioxidants.
I have currently just been taking Centrum, plus B-12, D and calcium. I had a "scan" done yesterday and it showed that my antioxidant levels are dangerously low. So they talked me into buying a month supply of vitamins for $122. I don't think it is terrible, but I think there are less expensive options out there.

Where did you have the scan? Just curious because I read a while back that those antioxidant testing things are a huge scam to get you to buy their overpriced vitamins.

I had the scan at my gym. It was done by an MD, who is involved with NuSkin  . I was very skeptical to begin with, and made her show me the computer screen while it was doing the scan so I knew she wasn't "rigging" it. LOL! I'm still not 100% convinced it is as bad as it looked, but I know I'm not eating enough anti-oxidant rich foods.

i would check out Resveratrol, Acai, or Lycopene supplements.
