Anyone blog here, about fitness & eating right?
I made some changes in the last week that I was going to share, but none of it seems worthy of a whole thread.
So much of what each of us is going through is relevant to others, and the "been there done that" information we have really helps. I usually wait until someone brings up a topic and then hit them with a novel-sized response. 
I was thinking of starting a blog here, to track my own progress and things that have changed and I wondered if anyone else already did?

I actually do have a Wordpress blog but it's all about gardening, and I haven't updated that in... whoa like a year.

Sorta - I blog about food and eating healthier version of things but not so much exercise. I dont consider myself an expert on that.....yet lol

I used to blog but I ended up stopping. I think I might start it up again after the baby is born to help motivate me to lose the baby weight!
