Joe Diffendale Personal Trainer
I won the contest for 2 free sessions with Joe and I have to tell everyone how awesome he is! apparently i have muscles i didnt know i had and can do things i didnt know i can do. oh and i learned i love boxing! so i decided to continue with Joe for 10 more sessions. He has a fall deal right now so i highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer...and he comes to your house!
