painting and TTC?
If you were TTC, do you think it is ok to paint a room? It will be ventilated as much as possible.

Yes, I would imagine it would be fine.
It's not like you are removing asbestos or anything like that! 
You can totally drive yourself crazy with all the things you should and shouldn't do.
You'd have to live in a bubble to avoid everything that could potentially be bad for you, ya know?
I always say- just be sensible but don't drive yourself nuts!
