Help! Found a kitten caught under my car (its okay)UPDATE and added pic
I was driving yesterday and stopped at a light and I saw a kitten run under my car. I got out and looked for it, didnt see it, figured it ran out the other side. I even turned around and looked ofr it in the nearest parking lot.
24 hours later my daughter and I are leaving the store and she tells me she hears meowing. She was right! Its leg was caught in between the shocks and the tire. Someone helped me and we got her out.
Unless I know someone looking for a cat, we are going to keep her. She is going to the vet today at 5:30.
But - I need help. Where can I find low cost spaying and shots?
UPDATE - I brought her to Island Rescue today and she looks okay. They gave her some fluids and some food and she finally ate for them. (She hadn't eaten for me all day)
She does have fleas which concerns me since I have a dog and cat already. Dog receives Frontline but my car doesnt since she is an indoor car ( So I applied some tonight from the vet) Since she only weight 1 lb she can't have frontline yet. I have to keep her confined to the bathroom , brush her 3 times a day with a flea brush and bath her in Dawn dish detergent (it kiils fleas)
So that's where we are at right now.
We haven't officially picked a name for her. If I know of anyone who wants a cat, I will give her to them, otherwise, she's ours  Image Attachment(s):

For spaying, I used friendsofanimals.org. You buy a certificate and then use it at any of the participating vets in the area.
For shots, I use petco. They have the clinics every so often. Check their site.

That is great. You're a wonderful person. You can also go lics.com Long Island Cat Solution. They will give you a list of low cost vets. Just mention that you rescued a stray. Good Luck. Hope all is ok.

First, congrats on your new pet and for coming to the rescue of a homeless animal!  
Second, where are you located? Island Rescue in Bay Shore does low cost spay/neuter. North Shore Animal League also offers low cost vet services (even if you did not get your pet from them).
Third, PICTURES....PLEASE!!!!!

I called Little Shelter and they recommended Island Rescue. I updated my orginal post
