Excellent crockpot chicken tortilla soup

1lb. Chicken breasts
5 cups chicken stock
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 bag frozen corn
1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
1 poblano pepper, seeded and chopped
1 Spanish onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp. cumin
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Kosher salt

Mix everything together and set on low for 8 hours. Before serving, take out chicken and shred, then replace in soup. Garnish with tortilla chips, cheddar cheese and fresh lime juice.

I use a very similar recipe except I add a few more spices. Soo good!
