Please wish me luck...
I decided to start the South Beach diet again on Sunday....so I'm currently now allowed to have any carbs. And I'm stuck in the house because of the storm with Halloween candy, fresh bread, fruit, sandwich bread, potatoes, and every cookie you could possibly imagine.
If I can make it through this storm carbless, it will be a miracle!

Did you start again? I'm starting up on Monday.
I can't make any more excuses. My doctor specifically recommended the SB diet.

We got power back yesterday, and there was no way I would have been able to handle no power AND dieting at the same time (with a dash of PMS in there).
I would have started back up today....but it's my birthday weekend and I plan to enjoy myself.
So Monday (or Tuesday) I will start again!
