Do you find your boobs change for the worse when you lose weight?
I lost some more pounds & find they're not as perky/firm as they used to be... getting kinda saggy a little And obviously a little smaller (which is a bummer but it seems it's the first place the weight comes off)... does this happen to you?? You think more so as we get older maybe(don't remember this happening as much when I've lost weight in the past)??
It's so NOT motivating me to want to lose weight at all!!!! Even though I know I should & would like to lose another 20 or so I'm nervous about the effect on my rack....
Any tips or things you can do to keep them in good shape as you lose weight?? I'm seeing many push-up bras in my future!!!!!

OMG my DH says that he would rather me fatter then what happened to my boobs after losing 40+ pounds. I dont agree but push up bras are a total must now! Either that or save up for a boob job.

Yes! Mine were really round and perky and when I lost a lot of weight, they got all tear-drop shaped. I gained back 5 lbs and luckily, it all went to my boobs, so I am currently at a good weight, but at my wedding, they were really sad.

Any exercises that work your chest will help. If you tighten the pectoral muscles it will make them look a little more perky. Unfortunately there is no way to increase size just appearance. As for pushup bras the deco demi bra by Freya gives a great shape and is really comfortable.

Unfortunately my boobs are the first thing to go when I lose weight. That and my butt. Go figure.
My boobs never really get saggy (even after childbirth) but they get small!!!! It stinks!!! I do wear push ups from Victoria's Secret and that helps a lot.

I was never blessed in that area, however I agree with the chest excercises. Plus, I think it's my overall shape (narrower waist, toned arms, firm butt) that helps my chest look better or just enhances them (or draws attention elsewhere lol).

Bingo. At least for me (I just turned 40).
I went from a tight 40D to a comfortable 38C so far. Lets face it, the older you get, the slower your skin will snap back into shape. It happens to your face with wrinkles, and same thing for other areas of your body that used to be larger and now aren't.
It's why I think to myself... lose the weight now before I get older so I have a better chance of less excess skin or "flaps".
Another place I notice it is in my neck. I don't have turkey neck or anything but I think if I stayed that overweight even another 5 years, it would have been worse.
Besides, I consider cleavage with a well defined gap in the middle much sexier than a straight line caused by boobs mashed together. My husband agrees.
