Lost 70lbs in 3.5 months
Hi all! Just wanted to share my weight loss with you guys. I started a diet called accuweight. You can look it up online. It's very strict but I lose anywhere from 3 to 9 lbs a week as LNG as you follow the diet exactly. I have have another 30 lbs to go.
I don't work for them or trying to get anything else out of this. This has been my savior diet bc at over 200lbs it was very hard for me to exercise and I lost this weight with little to no working out. Now that I am at a better weight I have incorporated working out more.
If you want more info pm me!!

Holy crap, that's a lot of weight in a short amount of time! How do you feel? You sound really confident.
Does the diet have a plan for maintaining weight, and keeping it off? This has been my fear, because I have lost a lot of weight before, and gained it all back and then some.

I feel awesome! Its really strict and involves acupressure. When you reach your goal there is a transition and mantience protocol. Everyone I work with did this diet and everyone has been successful! As long as you feel you can confident you can follow the diet and you are determined, it's awesome.
I have lost a lot of weight before and after getting married and two kids I packed on 100lbs.
They admit it's not a lifestyle diet which I agree, but they hel you adjust back to healthy everyday eating. It is Not a social diet, so if you have a lot of parties and gatherings coming up, you should wait. Look it up on line. I just wanted to share bc I needed to do something!

I am on something similar called Dream Drops
I have lost 8 lbs in 2.5 weeks- and I cheated a little- some wine and a total high carb cheat day- but I am feeling great and really loving the fast results

Re: Lost 70lbs in 3.5 months
I have read about this diet in the past and it seems like it takes serious dedication. I will say 2 of my nieghbors have lost a LOT of weight quickly on it and have successfully kept it off for about 1 year now.
