Root Vegetable Recipe?
Thinking of making as a side for Thanksgiving - anyone have a good one?
My aunt said to cook different veggies at different times (some take longer) but other recipes just say cook them all together for 45min - 1 hour.

I typically just roast them, if you cut them into similar-sized pieces, they should all take the same amount of time. Olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic and you're good! I would advise roasting them at a higher heat (400+) because they will get browner that way and not soft and mushy.

I just cut them small and toss them with rosemary-flavored olive oil and roast at 400 for about 45 mins. So yummy!
