It's really not wow but people go crazy over my crescent wraps.
I take crescent rolls flatten them a bit and cut them in half and put a dollop of cream cheese inside, top it with scallions and then roll it up. Then I slice turkey bacon length wise and wrap it with the bacon. Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
My family and friends go crazy for it! I am always getting asked to make them

It you want to “WOW” do anything mini, so mini grilled cheese with mini soup shooter, or a ‘one bite’ like a spoon with a marinated shrimp or marinated tuna bite or mini cheese burgers. I have made all of these & the ‘pain’ part is just buying the pieces to serve them.
Baked brie is always a huge hit
Homemade gourmet pizza cut into small slices or an onion tart
Anything from a “Fridays” type menu like: Beer battered coconut shrimp, but you have to be in the kitchen frying & serve them right away or they’re not as good, Jalapeno poppers, potato skins
Any kind of hot dip, like crab or artichoke
Go to Uncle Giuseppe’s and buy all the specialty meats & cheeses & made a tray, they literally have 100 types of cheese
Make a fondue – I have been dying for it to be fall to make this “Three-Cheese Fondue with Champagne´ recipe I have
