Any other South Beachers?
Started the South Beach Diet today..it worked great for me in the past.
Just curious if anyone else is on it?

I'm supposed to be doing it. I really need to get back on track. I made it almost 2 weeks without carbs- then Thanksgiving came and I fell off the wagon.
I kind of suck.

I just started today. I just have to get some yogurt in sometime tonight.
Today I had:
*crustless-quiche made with zucchini and 2 small tomatoes
*cheese stick
*slaw salad with scallions & peppers & oil & vinegar
*white bean chicken chili with a side salad
*handful of almonds
*2 cans seltzer, 3 bottles of water, 1 coffee with equal & FF half n half
