kitchen essentials?
I am making a wishlist for my family gift exchange, and I want to ask for something new for my kitchen (our limit is $100). I was thinking maybe a dutch oven, or a cast iron skillet, but I don't know...what are some other things you would wish for?

I guess it depends if you bake/cook/both.

I LOVE our cast iron skillet - I have Emiril's and it's been amazing.
A really good knife - I forget the exact name of it but makes me feel like a chef, along with a great wood cutting board.
