NYE menu ideas?
DH and I are hosting a NYE party with our friends at our new house! It won't be a sit-down dinner party, and we just had a cocktail type Christmas party this past weekend, so I was thinking to make dinner and just do a buffet style. I have a really good brisket recipe I'd like to make, but are there any foods that are typically made for NYE? What's your menu like? TIA!

NYE menu ideas?
we had some people over saturday night and i made a couple homemade pizzas, people raved over them. i put the first one out and it was almost gone by the time i put the 2nd one out 2 minutes later.

mac n cheese, meatballs, tabuleh will be some.. also two years ago, we made a huge pot of chili and put some coffee cups out with all the fixings.. my pot was clean within a few hours..

nye is always cocktail style for me so im no help... but for a buffet with brisket i think mashed/whipped potatoes would go well with that (maybe like a rosemary and butter mashed potato) as well as kale chips.
