Baked pork chops...NO BREAD CRUMBS
I need an easy/quick dinner tonight for my bone in pork chops. I am tired of breading them and putting them in the oven, but i want an oven receipe b/c i want to get some work done while the chops are cooking...any ideas?!

I put chopped green bell peppers and chopped pepperchini peppers on top with some sliced onions. I pour some of the hot juice from the pepperchini peppers on top and I bake it for as long as you normally would. If you like hot it's a great dish!

I know this late, but I use duck sauce (store bought) and brush it on both sides of the porkchops, bake it and it is yummy!!

It's usually just a bottle... unless you absolutely want more. Be sure to use an ale.. (yellow beer)

I do this in the summer all the time and Grill them. For some reason, I never thought of doing it in the oven DUH! Thanks
