Sausage Bread
Anyone have a recipe for sausage bread? I'm making it tomorrow for a party and would rather follow a recipe someone can recommend than one I just find on the internet. Thanks!

I actually made one for dinner last night! I just use a pizza dough rolled out on cookie sheet.
I saute pepper & onion in a tiny bit of olive oil and then add crumbled sweet sausage meat. I usually buy it already out of casting but if you can't just buy a package & remove it yourself. Brown sausage, add some Italian seasoning.
Drain, put sausage mix in dough, top with shredded Mozzerella, and roll up. I rub some olive oil on it and cut 2 slits on top. Bake at 350 for about 40 mins

I actually made it for a party today and used Emeril's recipe and it was awesome. I made my own dough too, which I think made it even better.
