*Run a half marathon under 1:45 *Run a 5k under 22 mins *and either run another marathon this year or complete my first triathlon (not both though, haven't made up my mind yet on which one)

Since I ran my first 5K this year, I would like to keep training and run a 5mile race this spring and see if I can get up to a 10k in the fall.

1. Lose 10 to 20 more pounds. 2. Sign up for at least (5) 5k runs. 3. Gain muscle and strength while losing fat.
Examples of body goals:
Visible collar bones without shrugging!
Strengthen biceps, pecs and deltoids for this look:
Continue jogging and doing leg exercises to look good in skirts and dresses:

2013 Goals
To run in at least 2 5ks. To do the Tough Mudder in July...no time limits, just to do it! I also want to hit my weight goal by my daughters first birthday and work on toning my body. I would also like to at least try to eat clean most of the time.

i'd like to lose 8 pounds (pre pregancy weight) and fit into my old clothes. I'd also really like to firm up and build muscle tone again. Run a 5k by summer without stopping or walking!!

-lose 60-70 lbs -complete the C25K and do a few 5ks -participate in the Tough Mudder with my sister in July

my goal come the summer will be to get back into shape post pregnancy but to do it in a non obsessive way that I can eat intuitively and exercise for health! Having been very rigid in preparing for a fitness competition just before getting pregnant, I really want to find a happy balance so I can enjoy my family but be happy in my own skin too!

2013 Goals
I would like to lose 10-15 lbs and exercise more.
I'm back to the pre-pregnancy weight for DS 2 but, I'd like to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight for DS 1.
I was looking at pics of me from NYE 2007 and I looked so much better then - I'd like to be at the point where I am happy with looking at pictures of myself.
But first, everyone in the office needs to eat all of the random sweets lying around lol!
