Cleanse question
Is there a cleanse that is already made for you, that I can just buy and drink?I dont want to buy all the stuff and do it (pure laziness). Are they as safe already made, or is it just better to buy a bunch of veg and do it?
I need some kind of cleanse. Which do you rec (already made) to use?

I was just coming on here to ask if anyone has tried Catalyst Cleanse. They have it on RueLaLa in the local NYC section right now for a discount.

I have a juicer so I'm torn between just ordering this pre-made cleanse or making them myself. I know making them myself will cost a lot less but I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle. Not to mention I don't really like veggie juices so I would be tempted to cheat and throw a bunch fruit in there. I am still undecided.
If anyone here has tried it, I def have a few questions.
