freezing chilis
I needed 1 small chili pepper for a recipe. I could only find a pack of like 30 of them. It was $2 so I just bought it. Can I freeze the rest of the chili peppers? I rarely cook with them, but I suppose i can find some recipes online. But i still don't think I would use more than 1 or 2 at a time since they are very hot. I just don't want to throw them away, so i was wondering if they freeze well?

Yep I freeze mine. I throw them into a pot of sauce for flavor when making homemade sauce.

Oooh what kind of sauce do you make?
These are Thai chili peppers, so I think I could use them well in many asian recipes I have. Or I am thinking of making Thai fried rice and using them in that.
